4. Every damage caused in the community area or private area is the responsibility of the originator of the damage and will be charged at the end of the rent. Todos los daños causados en áreas comunes o privadas, son responsabilidad del creador del daño y serán cobrados al finalizar el alquiler.
5. No pets allowed in the building. Las mascotas están prohibidas en el edificio.

7. All guests must register in the front desk, otherwise it is not possible their entrance to the building. Security guards are authorized to call the police for unregistered visitors.
