It is prohibited to have any type of parties or loud music at any time to make possible any resident relax and well-being. Every damage caused in the community area or private area is the responsibility of the originator of the damage and will be charged at the end of the rent. In case any of these rules are broken by any guest staying in the apartment, a fine for USD $250 will be imposed and discounted automatically from the safety deposit.
